REMOTE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

I offer a convenient approach to personal training through remote sessions via Zoom. Following your free initial consultation, I will design a fully personalized strength training program that aligns with your goals and is guaranteed to help you see results. Strategic Strength does not involve quick fixes, only consistency and a willingness to show up for yourself!

Trainerize is what truly makes my personal training sessions unique and convenient for busy women looking for a streamlined experience. It allows you to access your workouts and track your progress anytime, anywhere, right from your device. This way, if there is a day you’re exercising on your own, you’ll have full access to your program with detailed-videos and descriptions of each exercise in your program. You can log your stats and receive badges as you progress on your fitness journey.

Working with me through remote personal training sessions provides you with flexibility, convenience and one-on-one support and accountability. This empowers you to achieve your goals, all from the comfort of your own home. I am committed to helping you to achieve your fitness goals and realize your full potential! Sometimes you just need someone to give you the answer. Do you need someone to take the guesswork out of what workouts you should be doing but aren’t interested in one-on-one personal training sessions? If so, Strategic Strength’s Trainerize monthly membership subscription is the answer.

Trainerize is perfect for busy women on the go, who want the flexibility to exercise from anywhere, anytime. It’s a convenient app that you can access from your smartphone that gives you access to your personalized strength training program. You can log your workout stats, track your progress and communicate with me at any time. Each exercise in your program comes with highly detailed videos that illustrate how it should be performed, so you can be confident that you’re performing each exercise with proper form. I will check in with you on a weekly basis to see how you’re doing and give you a nudge if I need to!

Signing up for this membership provides you with one month worth of easy-to-follow strength training workouts that work with your schedule. This is perfect for busy women and moms who don’t want to waste time doing random workouts. After all, random workouts will only yield random results. This monthly membership will provide you with everything you need to succeed; clarity, flexibility, convenience and support.
