How do I know what works and what doesn’t? Because I’ve lived it! I’ve spent many years going through trial and error, hitting numerous stumbling blocks, in my quest to discover and unearth the truths behind what it takes to become a strong, healthy woman. I can help you do the same, but without having to experience the same mistakes.

Remote Personal Training Sessions

I offer personalized, remote personal training sessions through Zoom that are perfect for women looking for targeted, long-term results. Whether you prefer a focused 30-minute workout or a comprehensive hour-long session, I tailor each workout plan to your individual goals. This option includes access to Trainerize, a comprehensive fitness platform, as well as nutritional/macronutrient guidance. Sessions are sold in either packages of 5 or 10 sessions.



Trainerize Monthly Membership Subscription – Online Training Program

This monthly subscription service is for women who prefer a fully-remote option without actual one-on-one personal training sessions. You’ll get all the benefits of working with me, with a personalized exercise program that’s updated monthly, coupled with access to Trainerize. I’ll check in with you weekly to see how you’re progressing, giving you the support that you need to succeed. This option also includes nutritional/macronutrient guidance.
